Preventing users from dragging / moving vertices

I'd like to lock the vertices / nodes of my graph in place, so that the user is not able to move them around by dragging.  What is the easiest way of doing this?

From a hunt through the source code I've discovered that the way to do this is to set the WPFExtensions IsDragEnabled property to false on the VertexControl using styles:

<Style TargetType="{x:Type gc:VertexControl}">
  <Setter Property="WPFExtensions_AttachedBehaviours:DragBehaviour.IsDragEnabled" Value="False"/>
</Style>

Setting this to False doesn't do the trick for me. Although I can see, that the DragBehaviour isn't used anymore (no more infos in output window) I still can drag the vertices around.
Anyone got an idea, where to look from here?
